WHAT IS G-TRACK FOR WINDOWS?In 1993, CUPE Local 70 asked one of their members, Timothy Frantz, to create a computerized database program to track grievances, as there were no decent programs available. After examining the needs of the executive board, Timothy saw that several other areas of local business activity could be included in a database program, such as seniority lists, correspondence, and job postings. Because of the time demands of designing a program like G-Track, and the interest from other locals, Mr. Frantz and his associate, Stephen Graham, created EFG Solutions to manage the process. Since that time, G-Track has developed into a powerful union local information management tool. G-Track for DOS was released in 1994, and G-Track for Windows was released in 1997. The new Windows version has added features, such as member complaints, contract administration, meeting attendance, personal member information, expanded search capabilities, better cross-referencing, and improved ease-of-use. There are currently dozens of locals across Canada using the original DOS version, and now the Windows version, to serve their membership better, keep better watch over their employers, and save hundreds of hours of work and thousands of dollars in arbitration every year. Ordering/InformationOrder G-Track for Windows now and begin offering your members a new level of service for only $995.
