| Edit Grievance Types Window - The Edit Complaint Categories Window allows you to add, delete, and update the list containing current grievances. |
| New Allows you add new complaints to the database. |
| Update Allows you update an existing complaint. |
| Delete Allows you delete an existing complaint. |
| Print Allows you to print the Complaint Categories List. |
| Close Exits the Complaint Categories Window and returns to the Main Menu. |
