An explanation of each screen element is provided below.

New Update Previous Next Browse Delete Print Return to previous screen
Return to Previous Screen

Edit Complaints Window - The Edit Complaints Window allows you to enter or edit information about a specific complaint.
New Allows you to enter a new complaint.

Update Allows you to edit an existing complaint.

Previous Moves you to the preceeding record in the complaint database.

Next Moves you to the next record in the complaint database.

Browse Allows you to view the complaint records.

Delete Allows you to delete the current complaint record.

Print Allows you to print the current complaint.
Close Exits the Edit Complaint Window and returns to the Locate Complaint Window.
