Update/New Correspondence
An explanation of each screen element is provided below.

New Update Previous Next Browse Delete Print Return to previous screen
Return to Previous Screen

Edit Correspondence Window - The Edit Correspondence Window allows you to enter or edit information about a specific correspondence.
New Allows you to enter a new correspondence.

Update Allows you to edit an existing correspondence.

Previous Moves you to the preceeding record in the correspondence database.

Next Moves you to the next record in the correspondence database.

Browse Allows you to view the correspondence records.

Delete Allows you to delete the current correspondence record.

Print Allows you to print the current correspondence.
Close Exits the Edit Correspondence Window and returns to the Locate Correspondence Window.
