About G-Track for Windows

G-Track for Windows Grievance Tracking System is the newest and most complete Grievance Management System available. It has been designed for Union locals in conjunction with CUPE Local 70 to handle almost all local business efficiently and effectively. G-Track for Windows offers all of the standard operation and the user-friendliness of a Windows application combined with the ease of use of a custom-developed software package.

Grievance Tracking

All aspects of a grievance and the grievance procedure are organized and cross-referenced for easy access and retrieval, with full reporting capabilities. The Collective Agreement or Contract with an employer can be entered into the computer, and referenced in a grievance. The most powerful feature of G-Track for Windows is the query process where grievances can be listed by one or more of several criteria, including:

Case Number
Member Name or Number
Grievance Type (from a user-defined list)
Employer (if there are multiple employers)
Contract Article Grieved
Grievance Status (from a user-defined list)
Supervisor
Range of Dates

Additional Features

G-Track for Windows also features:

Full maintenance of Seniority lists, with employer member information.
Personal member information including special dates, such as birthdays, anniversaries, spousal and child birthdays, and address labels for membership mail-outs.
Correspondence tracking, such as mail, phone calls, e-mail, facsimiles, meetings, etc., cross-referenced with grievances.
Job Posting tracking for quick reference, including lists of applicants
Member Complaint tracking, similar to the grievance tracking process
Membership meeting attendance, with full query functions
