Locate Job Postings Window - The Locate job Postings Window allows you to search for one or more job postings meeting criteria that you specify, locate a specific job posting, add new job postings, edit existing job postings, and delete existing job postings.
Top of screen: This half of the screen displays the cases of those job postings that match the search criteria. Relevant information such as the posting ID, posting date, closing date, and department are displayed.
Bottom of screen: This half of the screen shows the searchable selection list that allows the user to search the database based on a number of criteria, such as posting ID, employer, job class or title, date, and department.
Search Searches for all job postings meeting specified criteria.
Update/New Allows you either to update or add a new job posting to the database.
Print Allows you to print the Job Postings List.
Close Exits the Locate Job Postings Window and returns to the Main Menu.
