| Locate Members Window - The Locate Members Window allows you to search for one or more members meeting criteria that you specify, locate a specific member, add new members, edit existing members, and delete existing members. |
| Top of screen: This half of the screen displays the cases of those members that match the search criteria. Relevant information such as the member's name, start date, and department of member are displayed. |
| Bottom of screen: This half of the screen shows the searchable selection list that allows the user to search the database based on a number of criteria, such as member, date, and employment statistics. |
| Search Searches for all members meeting specified criteria. |
| Update/New Allows you either to update or add a new member to the database. |
| Print Allows you to print the Membership List. |
| Close Exits the Locate Members Window and returns to the Membership List Menu. |
