Locate Meetings
An explanation of each screen element is provided below.

Locate Meetings Window - The Locate Meetings Window allows you to search for one or more metings using criteria that you specify, locate a specific meeting, add new meetings, edit existing meetings, and delete existing meetings.
Top of screen: This half of the screen displays the cases of those meetings that match the search criteria. Relevant information such as the date, type of meeting, and description are displayed.
Bottom of screen: This half of the screen shows the searchable selection list that allows the user to search the database based on a number of criteria, such as member, date, and meeting type.
Search Searches for all meetings meeting specified criteria.
Update/New Allows you either to update or add a new meeting to the database.
Print Allows you to print the Meetings List.
Close Exits the Locate Meetings Window and returns to the Main Menu.
