| Locate Meetings Window - The Locate Meetings Window allows you to search for one or more metings using criteria that you specify, locate a specific meeting, add new meetings, edit existing meetings, and delete existing meetings. |
| Top of screen: This half of the screen displays the cases of those meetings that match the search criteria. Relevant information such as the date, type of meeting, and description are displayed. |
| Bottom of screen: This half of the screen shows the searchable selection list that allows the user to search the database based on a number of criteria, such as member, date, and meeting type. |
| Search Searches for all meetings meeting specified criteria. |
| Update/New Allows you either to update or add a new meeting to the database. |
| Print Allows you to print the Meetings List. |
| Close Exits the Locate Meetings Window and returns to the Main Menu. |
