| Membership Personal Information Window - The Membership Personal Informaio Window allows you to enter all the relevant information about your membership. |
| Top of screen: This half of the screen displays the cases of those members that match the search criteria. Relevant information such as the member's name, and birth date are displayed. |
| Bottom of screen: This half of the screen shows the searchable selection list that allows the user to search the database based on a number of criteria, such as member, birthday, city, or spousal information. |
| Search Searches for all members meeting specified criteria. |
| Update/New Allows you either to update or add a new member to the database. |
| Print Allows you to print the Membership List. |
| Close Exits the Membership Personal Information Window and returns to the Membership List Menu. |
